Your consultation is an opportunity to talk about your missing teeth, what you would like to achieve and the different treatment options available to you. We will also assess your oral health and discuss whether dental implants may be appropriate in your individual circumstances.
Our Implant Offer is available to patients across all Smile Society locations. Currently the implant procedure and associated treatment will be carried out at our Wrexham practice.
There is no single answer because everyone’s circumstances are different. Your dentist will need to assess your teeth, gums, jawbone and general dental health before recommending treatment options to you.
Factors such as bone levels, gum health, oral hygiene and smoking can affect whether implants are suitable. In some cases, additional treatment may be recommended before an implant can be placed.
We will explain the options available to you, including any potential risks, benefits and alternatives, so you can make an informed decision about your treatment.
The overall treatment time varies from patient to patient. There is a healing period after the implant is placed before the final replacement tooth can be fitted.
Your individual treatment plan will explain the expected stages and timescales. We will also discuss what you can expect during the healing process and your aftercare.
Can I access the Implant Offer from any Smile Society practice?
Yes. The offer is available to patients across all four Smile Society locations. Implant treatment itself is carried out at our Wrexham practice.
Do I have to go ahead with treatment after my consultation?
No. The offer includes a consultation and a no-obligation quote, so you can take the time to consider your options before deciding whether to proceed. A £75 deposit is required to secure your open day consultation. If you decide to go ahead with treatment, this £75 will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. If you decide not to proceed, the deposit is non-refundable, but there will be nothing else to pay.
Does everyone qualify for dental implants?
No. Implant treatment is not suitable for everyone. Your dentist will carry out an assessment and discuss whether implants are an appropriate option for you.
How much can I save with the Implant Offer?

Can I pay for treatment using finance?
0% finance options may be available, subject to eligibility, status and the applicable terms. We can explain the available options during your consultation.
