Friendly staff and dentist is friendly and helpful. I managed to book an apt the next day after suffering with toothache. Aftercare was good explaining what not to do and what to do after tooth extraction.

I recently had my 6-month appointment with the hygienist, Steph. She spent a solid 30-minutes giving my teeth a thorough scale and polish and did a wonderful job of removing excess staining. The difference was very noticeable - first class treatment. I could not recommend more highly.

I went for a tooth extraction, they offered me numbing gel for the procedure, however the gel didn’t help with the needle when it was going inside my mouth, however, the extraction was quick and not painful at all,However, I was shocked it was £96 for the procedure as I was told by the orthodontist I needed the extraction, I don’t blame the dentist for this lack of information, however, even when I arrived, no cost was stated, I only found out when I signed the warning they give to state anything that can go wrong. I do wish they would’ve told me verbally rather than a piece of paper telling me the prices and with the price was not at the bottom, but at the top of the paper

I have been coming to this practice for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else. There is always a warm welcome from the receptionist and very thorough treatment from both John & Tracy. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

I've been a patient of this dental practice since it first opened.The staff are very friendly. John is an excellent dentist. Tracy manually descales teeth rather than flooding your mouth with water using ultrasound. All the staff are friendly and professional.Highly recommended.

From the moment I walked into the Dental Practice there was a warm, friendly, professional welcome from Danielle. In the surgery Mr (John) Valentine explained the treatment plan fully in calm surroundings, which made me feel very confident and reassured. Outstanding experience after being referred by BUPA dental as I needed some specialist work. Very patient focused and you are made to feel welcome and confident in a calm environment. No people running in and out of the room during your procedure.10/10 for the receptionist and everyone else there.

This dentist has literally changed my life for the better. The professional and friendly staff are amazing. On my first visit I had horrendous tooth pain, swollen gums, wobbly tooth, gum disease, and missing back teeth, also very stained yellow teeth and I was very conscious when smiling. John and the Coppull team, including the hygienist got to work, showed me how to brush my teeth properly, helped me get rid of my gum disease which enabled me to have some implants, sinus lift, bone graft, including root canals. The care Coppull take is another level, they explain what they are doing and there is no pain whatsoever. This team have made such a positive impact in my life and I no longer fear the dentist. I trust them 100% which means everything. Thank you.

I was booked in for a root canal treatment and was quite nervous about the procedure. Rob talked me through what would happen and was attentive throughout and caring. I will be back for a second appointment to complete the treatment and don’t feel any concerns knowing how well the first stage went.

I had a great dental experience at Foregate Street Dental Clinic. I was experiencing pain and was able to attend an emergency appointment for a filling with Laura. All staff were welcoming and friendly. I was a very nervous patient but Laura was very thorough in answering all of my questions and settled my nerves with her calm approach. I am very grateful to the staff at Foregate Street Dental Clinic and would highly recommend this practice.

Rob the dentist is a credit to his profession - kind, thoughtful, charming and understanding - altogether ideal for someone with severe dental phobia like myself. If I could remotely afford the suggested treatment I would probably even go back to have the work done, so reassuring is his presence!! The lack of fifth star is no reflection on Rob, just an expression of my suspicion that private dentistry nowadays prioritises profit, much in the same way as the vet practices owned by big corporate chains grab as much money as possible with little thought for genuine animal welfare!!!

I had an emergency dental appointment over the christmas period with Paul and from a very nervous patient my experience was amazing. Paul was caring, knowledgeable, empathetic, professional and great at explaining and communicating everything, from the first phone call to arriving at the surgery.The extraction procedure was explained, he made sure i was ok all the way through and that i definitely wanted to go through with it. Paul took his time, didn't rush ensuring everything went smoothly. The professionalism of Paul and his lovely wife was second to none. I highly recommend this Dental Surgery and if anyone is nervous you’re 100% in the right hands with this one.

Really happy with this dental clinic. The staff are so professional and friendly. They got an amazing dentists who are doing a great job! Getting an emergency appointment is dead easy and can be booked online. I am glad we’ve registered with this clinic!Their fees are a little bit on the high side of the scale, but still reasonable and I think it definitely worth it (based on a previous experience). Thanks team

The dentist himself is amazing! Makes me feel at ease even though I have a phobia of dentist. The only issue I had was booking the appointment. They tried to get me to book 3 separate sessions for 3 fillings when it could be done in one. At first the receptionist was adamant that I could only book them separately but when I then didn’t book in then I was told at a later date this was not the case and I could book in one. It feels sales focused here when dentistry is already so expensive. I just care about what I need and like the options to be presented in a way that is customer centric and not how you can squeeze money I don’t have out of me.

I went in after I had a severely broken wisdom tooth with an on going infection. NHS wouldn’t remove it and wanted to pop me on a 3 year wait list, I called another private dentist who were unable to do it incase it was surgical but passed me the number of Gwersyllt Dental. They were absolutely fantastic I was very nervous having been in pain for over a week and made out as if it was a really big deal extraction but all the staff and the dentist were absolutely brilliant I couldn’t fault them! Thank you so much. Il be back!

I recently had to have a tooth extraction at the practise , first of all katie and the reception team , were so helpful in insuring i had the treatment so promptly , Alex the dentist , went above and beyond to insure my welfare at all times , with care and patience especially .as the tooth would not come out easily ,i hardly any pain at all ,i did have a few problems with bone fragments in extraction site , a normal occurrence , in the weeks after ,and again in each visit ,i was fitted in straight away , and Alex again so helpful , i have recently been back to visit Molly the hygienist ,Alex took time to check everything was ok , Molly was so pleasant and caring , top Service by an exceptional caring and pleasant team , highly recommend ,

Alex was fantastic I went for extraction of a broken tooth I didn't even know he had taken it out. I haven't been to a dentist for 12 years I am definitely using this one. The after care is great. Shame the front of the building does represent the great decor inside. The staff are very friendly and pleasant which is a good thing to keep you calm. I guess you can tell I don't like the dentist but I shook hands with Alex great man

Needed to be seen urgently on my doctors advice. Appointment given for same day, thorough examination of my mouth, full scan of mouth and teeth done and the dentist even manipulated and checked out my jaw to make sure that wasn’t the problem. Excellent professional treatment and they were able to rule out any problem coming from my teeth and concluded it was the salivary gland causing the issues. Highly recommended

I recently had some treatment to remove a tooth and have a Bridge fitted by Alex. The whole process very straight forward with Alex explaining the process very clearly, with several options.The actual work was done without any delay and I was comfortable for the whole period of time he was doing the work. I have an extreme phobia of dentists, following a very bad experience some 30 years ago. This resulted in my having to have full dentures.FHP Gwersyllt and Dr Trica have been brilliant. The care, treatment and understanding I received were second to none. Every step was explained and taken slowly to ensure I felt at ease.I am surprised at the fit and match of the dentures.Thank you all.
