Rob the dentist is a credit to his profession - kind, thoughtful, charming and understanding - altogether ideal for someone with severe dental phobia like myself. If I could remotely afford the suggested treatment I would probably even go back to have the work done, so reassuring is his presence!! The lack of fifth star is no reflection on Rob, just an expression of my suspicion that private dentistry nowadays prioritises profit, much in the same way as the vet practices owned by big corporate chains grab as much money as possible with little thought for genuine animal welfare!!!

I can honestly say my trips to the dentist are no longer a dreaded event. From the friendly and familiar welcome Linsey provides to the professional and informative care given by hygienist Sophie and dentist Rob. I would definitely recommend them all.

I've found the team at Forgate Dental to be friendly, professional, and approachable. I attended for a check up and assessment for future work and was pleased with the clear explanation of the procedures required. This has been followed up promptly by a detailed quotation. Highly recommended.

I had an emergency dental appointment over the christmas period with Paul and from a very nervous patient my experience was amazing. Paul was caring, knowledgeable, empathetic, professional and great at explaining and communicating everything, from the first phone call to arriving at the surgery.The extraction procedure was explained, he made sure i was ok all the way through and that i definitely wanted to go through with it. Paul took his time, didn't rush ensuring everything went smoothly. The professionalism of Paul and his lovely wife was second to none. I highly recommend this Dental Surgery and if anyone is nervous you’re 100% in the right hands with this one.

Really positive experience with Grace. She was really thorough and explained everything as she went. My treatment options were discussed in detail and at no point did I feel rushed. Overall top marks 🙂

Really happy with this dental clinic. The staff are so professional and friendly. They got an amazing dentists who are doing a great job! Getting an emergency appointment is dead easy and can be booked online. I am glad we’ve registered with this clinic!Their fees are a little bit on the high side of the scale, but still reasonable and I think it definitely worth it (based on a previous experience). Thanks team

The dentist himself is amazing! Makes me feel at ease even though I have a phobia of dentist. The only issue I had was booking the appointment. They tried to get me to book 3 separate sessions for 3 fillings when it could be done in one. At first the receptionist was adamant that I could only book them separately but when I then didn’t book in then I was told at a later date this was not the case and I could book in one. It feels sales focused here when dentistry is already so expensive. I just care about what I need and like the options to be presented in a way that is customer centric and not how you can squeeze money I don’t have out of me.
